Thank you for all your help in this effort. It is obvious that you care about and think a great deal about these challenges. Our mandate is for the trip time to be on the order of 20 years. So that it can be reasonable to believe that the folks that work on the project will be alive when the information from the planet is returned. This drives us to a higher velocity and to the lower mass.

Thanks for the site to put ideas on, there are a lot of people out there who care, I am just one of many and it is a pleasure to help in any way we can.

Now, we have already developed brand-new unique space propulsion effective (repetitive useful) devices of the following website,
which could have exerted incomparably greater power than a thrust force of Ion engine and so on.

    http://www.aerospace-universe.com/NEW-STARSHIP/super-power-drive.html

So, just in case of using the above spacecraft special devices for mainly Breakthrough Starshot、
probably, it will take only five (or six) years at most (not at least) practically to reach Alpha Centauri and over....,
(***Can you point out any mistakes about this matter as soon as possible?)

According to a main concept of my spacecraft propulsion system theory,
it'll be able to reach the existing planet Proxima b (within 5 or 6 years only) with a manned mega-spaceship just like Starship of Star Trek, of course, not that unmanned Starchip etc...

You may ask honorable Stephen Hawking and/or Freeman Dyson and the like immediately,
if you think that it is all false about the space propulsion system theory (see it in the above website),
even though it has not been denied by NASA (Glenn Research Center) and the other research institutes etc at all.

We would like you to utilise these spacecraft devices (tentatively) by all means for a major breakthrough in new space technological revolutionary innovation and would appreciate it if you could comprehend the above important matter for earlier realization of all human long dreams....

    Sincerely,

    Answer:
Thanks for your input and help. This is a very challenging project and will require help from a diversity of people. I am afraid that I do not understand how the engines you propose work. Or what the efficiencies of these engines are. I am probably wrong but from the graphics on your website they appear to defy they law of conservation of momentum. If you could provide some more demonstrations that show more than one cycle I would appreciate it.

    Thanks for your answer.

Could you point out any mistakes to be more specific from the graphics on my website they appear to defy???...., as soon as possible, before our providing some more demonstrations?

Why can't we just use MEM actuator reflectors that will use the alien suns photons to move us about instead of expensive to design and make photon thrusters. It may also be possible to slow down a part of the craft at the star system by ejecting a very reflective sail craft on approach as proposed by Heller and Hippke.

    Answer:
Thanks for your thoughts. I may not understand your systems proposal so please excuse me if I make a mistake. When reviewing your webpage it occurs to me that the entire system must be considered when calculating momentum transfer. As for its application to star shot our total mass budget is 0.5 grams for the entire vehicle. It is not clear to me how the machine you proposed could be reduced to a mass of less than 0.01 grams. In my opinion a working prototype that can run an infinite number of cycle would be a good next step.

    Answer:
We will certainly consider all available technologies. The MEM actuator concept is a good one and derives consideration. Our current analysis suggests that the photon thrusters are lighter at this point for the same control authority.
The work done by Heller and Hippke is very exciting but it describes a different mission. The sail they propose to use is about 10 times lower density than the sail Breakthrough proposed sail. Also, the speed that their work addresses is 25% the speed we propose. Their analysis is for ~5% C where we are looking at 20% C.

Thanks for your answer (is so late).

As for my system theory, it will be able to move even a manned mega-spaceship (in the megaton range) just like Starship of Star Trek, of course, not that unmanned Starchip (with 0.5g??) etc..., in accordance with the formula of the momentum conservation law and so on.

If you can't understand the above (important) matter at all, you should point out any mistakes to be more specific from the following websites, as soon as possible.

Thanks for your comments. I would like to see a demonstration of a prototype system. The only demonstrations shown on line are for one cycle. I would like to see many cycles. I would also like to see the velocity increasing. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
